The terms, before there is anything to agree to buy.
Titrate is pre-launch, and nothing here is for sale except the waitlist, which is free. These terms describe how Titrate will work once it is. The one commercial clause worth reading now is the course refund policy, because it was decided before anything else.
Titrate is pre-launch. What is described here is what it is being built to do, with Jeff Casebolt, PhD (ABD).
The central question
Does the barbell hip thrust produce superior gluteus maximus development — measured either as acute EMG activation or as chronic hypertrophy — compared to the back squat?

Using Titrate
Creating an account means accepting these terms. Titrate is built for practitioners, educators and researchers who apply evidence to their own work — it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment on any individual case, and it does not claim to be. Keep your credentials secure and tell us if they are compromised.
Your research is yours
The positions, opinions and drafts you write in your workspace belong to you. Titrate stores them to run the product and does not claim ownership or republish them anywhere. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish under your own name — the citation trail exists so you can check your own work, not so Titrate checks it for you.
Course refunds
Twenty-four hours from purchase, full refund, no questions. Past that window, or once a course's content has been substantively accessed — whichever comes first — there is no refund. Jeff's own rule for it: "I can't make you unlearn what I taught you." Course purchasing is not built yet; this clause is published now, before the first sale, rather than written after a dispute.
Changes to these terms
Pre-launch, these terms may change before checkout opens. Any change is dated on this page. A material change is emailed to the waitlist, not buried in a version nobody reads.
What Titrate does not promise
Titrate organizes evidence and helps you check it. It does not practice medicine, law or any licensed profession, and using it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment or a qualified reviewer. During pre-launch it is provided as it is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability.
How the citation trail worksQuestions
Can I get a refund on a course?
Within 24 hours of purchase and before the content has been substantively accessed, yes, in full. After either condition, no — stated plainly here rather than in the small print, before courses are even for sale.
What changes once checkout exists?
These terms get versioned and dated the same way they are now. The one real difference: you will be asked to accept them at checkout, not only by using the free product.
Does Titrate guarantee my published work is correct?
No. Titrate helps you find and cite evidence and shows the trail behind a position; it will not judge that you cited enough, and it does not substitute for your own review before you publish under your name.
